Our guided tour will take you on a historical journey to discover the secrets of a French wine estate. The territorial jewel is the wonderful medieval city of Saint-Emilion, classified as a “cultural landscape” by UNESCO. It is one of the most emblematic vineyards of Bordeaux. In 1855, Napoleon III became aware of the true potential of Médoc wines. He set up a wine classification system for the Paris World Fair. According to the official classification of 1855, Vinault is counted as the first producer of Sauternes.
